Sugar Daddy peas are a variety of stringless snap pea that are sweet, crunchy and tender. They are known for their disease resistance and short vines that don’t require support. They can be eaten straight from the vine or added to salads, stir-fries, or soups. Sow Sugar Daddy pea seeds 4–6 weeks before the last frost date, when the soil temperature is at least 40°F.
